Well, Fasthosts are useless monkeys. Something like four days and counting to respond to a support e-mail, as their phone line is continually engaged. I’ve now moved hosting provider (thanks Lorna
) and as soon as I get the backups from the old provider - I’ll reinstate the old blog comments, that are missing from September to December. Comments have now been restored.
Current pet-hate – people who talk like this “blah you know, blah like, you know, blah blah you know, like”.
I’m surprised you didn’t leave fasthosts a few months ago when they were hacked and had all their customers details stolen. They’re certainly useless monkeys
I would have left a long time ago, if I’d been in the UK and able to cancel my account and setup a new site.
I did get the e-mail about them being hacked and that their service passwords are stored un-encrypted. Real smart.
