Well - apparently food additives are not good for hyperactive children, according to the latest study. Jesus, this has been common knowledge for twenty years. Blue Smarties anybody? Went sailing yesterday and my face still feels wind swept and salty. Some pretty strong tides around Pembrokeshire! The boat we were in was built by a friend of mum&dad, pretty amazing that you can design, build and sail something of your own.
