I’m going to make a mouse (for computer usage) that has silent clicks. All I can hear all day, when not listening to music, is clicking and typing.

I can’t wait until the 1st of July, as per this BBC article. I hate coming out of a pub stinking of smoke - we have a local pub that has already stopped smoking and it’s great. You find families in there, with their kids.
Why do painkillers stop the pain you initially took them for, yet pinch yourself or some other pain-inducing activity - and you can still feel the pain. How come?
